Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Delivery timelines range between 2 to 6 working days depending on the delivery location.

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹699.

Order tracking is available through our tracking link once the order is dispatched.

We do not accept returns on live plants due to their delicate and perishable nature.

Plants may appear slightly dull or stressed after transit; however, with adequate sunlight and proper watering, they typically recover.

If a non-plant product is received in damaged condition, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

If you are not satisfied with a non-plant product, you may self-return it within 7 days of delivery.

A refund or replacement will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
