A live plant is received damaged or unusable due to transit
An incorrect product is delivered

Minor transit stress in live plants (slight drooping or yellowing of leaves) is natural and does not qualify as damage. With proper care, plants usually recover.

Torn or opened packaging
Broken, leaked, or damaged container
Natural variation in plant size, shape, or color
Minor transit stress in live plants
Refunds are applicable only if:
The order is lost in transit, OR
A replacement is not possible due to product unavailability
