📦 Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Pushkara

At Pushkara, we take utmost care in packing and dispatching every order. Please read the policy below carefully to understand eligibility for return, replacement, or refund.


🔁 Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery

  • 🚚 Return shipping to be arranged by the customer

  • No restocking fee

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

  • Used products are NOT eligible for return, replacement, or refund

  • Damaged products are eligible for replacement only, not refund

  • For non-plant products, if:

    • Packaging is torn or opened

    • Bottle/container is broken or leaked
      👉 No return, replacement, or refund will be provided

This policy helps us maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.


✅ Replacement Eligibility (Only Replacement, No Refund)

A replacement will be issued only if:

  • A live plant is received damaged or unusable due to transit

  • An incorrect product is delivered

🔹 Note:
Minor transit stress in live plants (slight drooping or yellowing of leaves) is natural and does not qualify as damage. With proper care, plants usually recover.


❌ Non-Eligible Cases

(No Return / No Replacement / No Refund)

  • Any non-plant product with:

    • Torn or opened packaging

    • Broken, leaked, or damaged container

  • Natural variation in plant size, shape, or color

  • Minor transit stress in live plants


💰 Refund Eligibility (Rare & Limited)

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The order is lost in transit, OR

  • A replacement is not possible due to product unavailability
    (Final decision rests with Pushkara)
