Delivery will be made to the registered address within the standard delivery timeline, subject to availability.

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders.

Ownership and risk transfer to the Buyer once the invoice is generated.

Pushkara reserves the right to correct pricing or catalog errors.

6. Force Majeure

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
